Shipping
All orders are dispatched within 5 working days of when they
are placed.
Shipping charges apply, unless shipping discount is placed on it. Standard Australia Post prices apply.
Vintorage does not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.
Returns & Refunds
Vintorage guarantees all unused or defective merchandise for
10days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not satisfied with your
purchase you may return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise for a
prompt refund or exchange.
All items must be in the condition you received them with all hang
tags attached and in the original box (if applicable). Items that are abused,
broken, used, washed or damaged may not
be returned.
Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the item/s less the shipping unless the
product is determined defective. Your credit will appear after we have received
and processed your returned item through our return procedure.
Its
important to remind you that many of our item are handcrafted and re-love, the
very nature of such things is to have imperfections that mostly deem these
products desirable. Please feel free contact us before you make your purchase
to get any details on items you are wishing to buy if you are unsure.
